
In October 2024, 839 purchase and sale transactions were concluded in the secondary apartment market in Vilnius, i.e. 21.9 percent more than in September and 24.3 percent more than in October a year ago. In Kaunas, 353 transactions were concluded, i.e. 5.4 percent more than in September and 22.1 percent more than in October a year ago. In Klaipėda, 263 transactions were concluded, i.e. 18.5 percent more than in September and 36.3 percent more than in October a year ago. According to the data of the “1Partner LT” housing price index “1PI”, in the secondary market the total price level of apartments in Vilnius decreased by 0.1 percent (2 euros/ sq. m), in Kaunas it increased by 0.4 percent (5 euros/ sq. m), in Klaipėda it decreased by 0.2 percent (2 euros/ sq. m). Over the year, prices in Vilnius increased by 0.7 percent. (14 euros/ sq. m) to 1965 euros/ sq. m. In Kaunas, apartment prices increased by 0.8 percent (10 euros/ sq. m) to 1294 euros/ sq. m. In Klaipėda, prices decreased by 0.6 percent (7 euros/ sq. m) to 1257 euros/ sq. m.
